# IRL World

> IRL World is an Australia-wide evergreen membership community for founders, operators, technologists, investors and creatives, founded by Amber Main (IRL by Amber, https://irlbyamber.com/). The flagship experience is a 4-day residency held twice a year, included in membership.

## Key facts
- Memberships: six-month (1 residency, monthly curated introductions to 2 people) and annual (2 residencies, monthly curated introductions to 4 people, first house pick, VIP tech garden party).
- Membership starts the day you join: monthly member dinners/lunches/experiences, online community sessions, curated email introductions (mutual opt-in), Slack access for the membership term.
- Residency: 4 days in six luxury themed houses (each sleeps 6–14), usually about an hour out of Melbourne with a private coach transfer. Members get a home-base house; sessions in all houses are open to everyone.
- Season #3 residency: March 26–29, 2027. Next residency: September 26–29.
- Capacity: 100 spots per season; every applicant is interviewed by Amber to assess mutual fit.
- Wider IRL network: 5,000+ people. Seasons 1 & 2 sold out in weeks.
